It’s interesting. It needs a little cleaning up but since it’s a rough draft it’s fixable. It’s a little odd that the main character seems a bit calm and nonchalant seeing as I’m assuming he murdered his wife. You should make him sound more frantic and rushed.

What kind of food do you give her? Most cats go gaga for fish. Try some canned tuna (packed in water, not oil). As you don’t know what her nutrition intake is like, at least the tuna will provide her some good omega fats and protein.
Most of all, be patient. Understand that she’s been tramatized and neglected, so you’re going to have to approach her slowly on her terms.
It sounds like when you finally make your breakthrough, you’re going to have a very loyal friend.

I like writing and ive scratched something down over the last hour. Keep in mind it is a rough draft. The basic explination of the story is… a man who is very stressed at how his life has been falling apart over the last month finds his soon to be wife cheating on him with his best friend. But the book starts after so here is the first chapter sort of….
It starts with a girl. Then again what doesn’t? I guess you could say that every story does in some way… but maybe this one doesn’t. Maybe it just ends with one. Im still not sure what happened. What I do know is what will. Yes, that I am certain of as my feet dangle off the edge of the chair. While I am stuck in a feeble attempt to muster up the courage to kick it out from under me. The rope begins to burn my neck. “What am I doing…I don’t want to die” I say aloud as if someone will answer from above. They never do.
Maneuvering your head out of a rope you tied without considering you’ll possibly try to escape it is a difficult task because you made the hole tight enough for your neck and the knot to tight to untangle. So then you just stand there with a stupid look on your face hoping your family doesn’t drop by and see how pathetic the real world they warned you about has made you. So then Ill try the next thing on the list of ways to escape and pull up on the rope to lift it off the hook.
Now why is their a hook on my house? I wondered this as I looked around for something sturdy enough to attempt to hang myself on and on my back porch there are three hooks placed symmetrically along the top of the house. Just below the gutter so about eight feet above the deck of this two story house I once considered an investment. But the economy being in such shape I think only canned food and water would have been so.
The rope comes right off the hook. So I step down off the chair feeling like David Blain must of felt during that stunt where he tried to hold his breathe for eight minutes. A little discouraged among other things.
It is a beautiful day. The sound of lawn mowers mowing and the birds chirping while the wind blows and the sun hides behind the clouds only peaking out occasionally to remind you its there. It is the kind of thing you would expect if hallmark did seasons. I look around to see if anyone had seen me and they hadn’t. They were all to busy caught up in their daily race. I guess in my own way so am I. Its just that my race is an attempt to get rid of myself before I have to pay for my mistake. You could say it’s the cowards way out but I wouldn’t care what you had to say.
I slide open the glass door hastily and walk in the house. Maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t go through with what I wanted to because that’s to easy. I should be in jail. After all not many people kill someone and get an easy way out. Its not fair for me to do so. Not that I care about fair. Its funny sort of that when you hear about a murder happening you hope the person gets caught. Then when you are in the same situation you quickly find out you are no better than them. Everyone has morals or at least until they need them.
My house is cold a little to cold for my liking but that is how she liked it and im yet to change it since she was last here which was just last night. Closing the glass door to the porch I turn around to see my living room. Not that I do much living in it. Who would it’s a room with no T.V. just couches and tables straight out of an Ikea magazine. The set it belongs to is called Originally Leather. But I think it stopped being original when it became a big seller at a national chain furniture store. But that is the least of my problems. But right now it’s the only one I want to focus on.
Why was this so important to me? My whole house a giant display for Peer 1, Ikea, and Bed bath and Bullshit. Kind of like a model for how your house should be according to

How can I get this cat to like me?
Theres this cat in my neighborhood who has started sleeping in my yard. She’s a pretty calico cat named Piper who’s about 2-3 years old if my memory stands correct. Her owners have had her since she was a kitten, but there daughter and my little sister have been known to pick her up when she doesn’t want, give her baths by dunking her under water and other horrible things ever since. So now that little Pipers all grown up she doesn’t let any humans even close too her, and she wont go any further into her house than the fence where she falls asleep sometimes, which means she doesn’t get any food from there either. (not that they care they have like 20 cats and most of them are ok with human contact) So she has been killing birds and mice, sneaking into trash cans and stealing food from other neighborhood cats.
So for the last few months she’s been sleeping in my yard, under my porch and on my deck. At first she would run away as soon as she saw me, but she’s gotten used to me enough that I can get about 2 feet away if I walk slowly. She also used to stare me down when ever I even stepped foot inside until I’m out of sight and now I have to fight to get her attention unless i’m less than about 6 feet away. But I want to be able to pet her, and I know she’s learning to trust me but what could I do to speed up the process?
I’ve started feeding her and she will scarf the food down like its her last meal if i’m far enough away, but if I stand close she just stares at it until I walk away.
